You will receive Invoices, Receipt and a contract of sale with SMS alerts.
WHAT DO I GET AFTER THE COMPLETION OF ALL THE PAYMENT FOR LAND AND DOCUMENTATION?
You will receive Allocation letters and Registered survey
WHAT TYPE OF TITLE DOES DECAGON REALTIES HAVE ON THEIR LAND ?
Deed of Agreement with land owners , Government approved survey and Government approved Layout .
CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT AND PAY BALANCE ANYTIME WITHIN THE DURATION OF TENURE CHOSEN?
There is a 90 day deadline after payment of plots of land has been made to complete the payment for survey and documentation fee to avoid loss of allocation or be reallocated to another plot or estate .
CAN I START CONSTRUCTION OR BUILDING ON THE LAND NOW?
Yes, you can start building on the land after you have been allocated and been issued your registered survey.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PLOT?
450 sq m
CAN I RESELL MY PLOT/PROPERTY ?
Yes , plots can be resold. However , a letter of notice of ownership transfer should be written to Decagon Realities limited.
CAN I PAY CASH TO YOUR AGENTS OR CONSULTANTS?
No, All payments should be made into Decagon Realties Limited account or cheque issued in favor of Decagon Realties Limited. Decagon realties limited will not be responsible for anyone who goes against the above instructions.

IS THERE ANY INFRASTRUCTURE PAYMENT?
Yes, subscribers will pay a sum of 200,000 as light infrastructure which can be paid after allocation.
